User Standards:
1. Membership Types:
- Individual:For private buyers and sellers. Requires a valid National ID (Ghana Card) and personal verification.
- Organisation:For registered businesses. Requires business registration documents and TIN verification.
2. Verification Process:
All applications are manually reviewed by our compliance team. We verify:
- Document authenticity and validity.
- Identity confirmation via provided photos.
- Business registration status with relevant authorities.
3. Account Deletion:
You may close your account at any time via the account deletion process on your dashboard, subject to the platform's account deletion checks (no outstanding bids, payments, or active lots).
