Seller Policy

1. Listing Requirements:

• All lot listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Images must clearly represent the actual item being sold.
• You must have lawful ownership or authority to sell any item you list.
• Prohibited items (counterfeit goods, illegal items) are strictly forbidden.

2. Dispatch Obligations:

Sellers are expected to maintain high standards of logistics:

• Dispatch items within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Use the dispatch confirmation link sent via email to notify the buyer.
• Late dispatch is recorded as a policy violation against your account.

3. Payouts & Cancellations:

• Secure Payouts: Your balance is credited when the buyer confirms delivery. Withdrawals are processed via Paystack.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancelling a lot after it has attracted bids is a major violation. Repeated cancellations result in suspension.
