• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bids or listings.
• Manipulate auction outcomes through collusion or shill bidding.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any platform rules or payment processes.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on this platform, including logos, images, and software, is the property of VX Auction or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability:

VX Auction acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the condition, legality, or authenticity of items listed. Our liability is limited to the fees collected on any given transaction.

6. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
