Violations & Enforcement

To maintain a high-trust marketplace, we track account violations using a point-based system. Each violation is assigned a weight based on its severity.

Enforcement Standards:

1. Violation Tracking:

Account status is determined by total violation points:

  • Low (1–2 points): Formal Warning Email.
  • Medium (3–5 points): 7-Day Suspension.
  • High (6–9 points): 30-Day Suspension.
  • Critical (10+ points): Permanent Ban.

2. Buyer–Seller Agreement Violations:

The following actions are considered direct violations of the Buyer–Seller Agreement and are treated with the highest severity:

For Buyers

  • Placing a bid with no intention of paying.
  • Failing to complete payment by the deadline.
  • Abusing the refund or dispute system.

For Sellers

  • Listing counterfeit or prohibited items.
  • Failing to dispatch a paid lot.
  • Cancelling a lot after it has bids.

3. Non-Payment Strike System:

  • Strike 1: Warning and 2 violation points.
  • Strike 2: 30-day suspension and 5 violation points.
  • Strike 3: Permanent ban from the platform.
