Violations & Enforcement
To maintain a high-trust marketplace, we track account violations using a point-based system. Each violation is assigned a weight based on its severity.
Enforcement Standards:
1. Violation Tracking:
Account status is determined by total violation points:
- Low (1–2 points): Formal Warning Email.
- Medium (3–5 points): 7-Day Suspension.
- High (6–9 points): 30-Day Suspension.
- Critical (10+ points): Permanent Ban.
2. Buyer–Seller Agreement Violations:
The following actions are considered direct violations of the Buyer–Seller Agreement and are treated with the highest severity:
For Buyers
- Placing a bid with no intention of paying.
- Failing to complete payment by the deadline.
- Abusing the refund or dispute system.
For Sellers
- Listing counterfeit or prohibited items.
- Failing to dispatch a paid lot.
- Cancelling a lot after it has bids.
3. Non-Payment Strike System:
- Strike 1: Warning and 2 violation points.
- Strike 2: 30-day suspension and 5 violation points.
- Strike 3: Permanent ban from the platform.
