Payment Policy
This policy outlines the financial standards and payment processes on the VX Auction platform. We use Paystack to ensure all transactions are secure and PCI-DSS compliant.
Financial Standards:
1. Accepted Methods:
You can pay using any of the following methods via Paystack:
- Mobile Money: MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo.
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard.
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank integration.
- USSD: Dial-to-pay codes.
2. Payment Deadlines:
Upon winning a lot, you will be given a payment deadline specified in your notification. This is calculated based on the auction's minimum payment days setting.
- Instant confirmation is required to release the lot for dispatch.
- Late payments may result in non-payment strikes.
3. Fees & Refunds:
- Service Fees: VX Auction charges a service fee on every successful transaction. This is non-refundable.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only processed if a seller fails to dispatch a lot or if the item is significantly not as described.
